FEATURES:

1. The main machine structure is made of high quality cast iron, X,Y axis and 

    Ram guideway are hardened and precision ground.

2. All the slideways,main Ram guideway,and X,Y,Z axis ballscrews are complete 

    with automatic lubrication system to ensure the machine running smoothly and 

    long life.

3. The swivel head can rotate right and left direction. to ensure optimal keyway 

    parallelism,It’s also for helical cutting or taper keyway slotting purpose.

4. Use ultra-high load (Axial dynamic load up to 30 tons) high precision ballscrew 

    for Z axis plus full-cycle lubrication system to ensure safe life of ballscrew running.

5. The X,Y,Z axis are complete with HIWIN high precision C3 class double nuts 

    ballscrews and precision bearings specially for precision ballscrew to ensure 

    position accuracy.

1. Blind holes can be slotted. 

2. Cutters are inexpensive and readily available right off the shelf anywhere 

    you are.

3. Another advantage is that the cutters can be resharpened.

4. The low running cost will save you more money over the long run, considering 

    all the costs together: the cost of the machine, the cutters and other consumables.

    (Compared with key seaters or broaching machines) 

5. Any keyway with special width or  tolerance can be divided into multiple cuts 

   automatically by a single tool. Which is convenient and highly flexible.

6. Special inner hole slotting such as spline, square, hexagon, polygon hole, groove

    etc are available. 

7. Shorter machining time, compared with wire cutting machines.
